This Privacy Policy applies to the Flakor mobile application, a lightweight professional video speed adjustment tool designed for local video processing. This document complies with Apple App Store privacy guidelines, international data protection laws and relevant regulatory requirements. It elaborates the standards of data collection, processing, storage and protection adopted by Flakor during users’ use of video uploading and playback speed adjustment functions. By downloading, installing and using this application, every user confirms that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this Policy. Any refusal to the terms herein means users shall have no right to use the App’s services.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
• Adult-only Service: Flakor is a video tool service exclusively provided for adult users aged 18 and above. The platform does not open service access to minors under 18.
• Minor Data Processing Rules: We will not actively collect, store or process any data, video files and operation information generated by minors. Once the system intelligently identifies that the service is used by underage users, we will immediately and permanently delete all relevant video data and operation records.
• Guardian Right of Handling: If legal guardians find that minors have used this application to upload videos and generate data without authorization, please contact our official support email in a timely manner, and we will complete data cleaning and verification procedures as required.
Data Collection Rules & Service Boundaries
• Minimal Collection Principle: Flakor adheres to the principle of minimal data collection, and all data processing behaviors are limited to the basic realization of local video upload and video speed adjustment functions. We will not actively obtain any sensitive personal information including identity information, location data, contact information and device private permissions without user authorization.
• User Active Upload Data: The video data processed by the platform refers to the local video files actively uploaded by users for speed adjustment editing. All video materials are only used for the real-time execution of playback speed modification functions within the App.
• Anonymous Operation Logs: Anonymous operation logs include non-identifiable data such as tool function usage records and application running stability data. Such data cannot be used to identify any individual user identity, and is only applied to optimize the compatibility and operational stability of video speed adjustment functions.
Data Processing Purposes & Authorization Scope
• Core Service Support: All user data is processed only for the purpose of delivering standardized video processing services, without any unauthorized commercial utilization or cross-functional data migration. The video files uploaded by users are exclusively used to support core functions such as video uploading, multiple speed parameter adjustment, preview and local export, helping users complete personalized video playback speed editing operations.
• Product Optimization & Maintenance: The anonymous operation logs collected by the system are mainly used for internal function optimization, troubleshooting of operational failures, improving video processing fluency and adapting to different device models.
• Non-commercial Restriction: We will never use users’ uploaded video files and relevant data for advertising promotion, user portrait construction, data sharing, data trading and other non-service scenarios without explicit written authorization from users.
Data Storage Mechanism & Security Guarantee
• Storage Method & Cycle: All video files uploaded and processed by users are stored in the form of local device cache and temporary encrypted cloud cache. Flakor will not permanently store users’ original video files and edited video resources on remote servers.
• User Data Ownership: The full ownership and intellectual property rights of all video materials processed by users belong to the users themselves. When users delete uploaded video files or edited resources in the App, all cached data will be automatically and synchronously cleared in real time, leaving no residual data records.
• Security Protection Measures: The platform adopts end-to-end encryption technology and independent data isolation management mechanisms to build a secure data processing environment. Internal data access implements strict authority hierarchical management and full-process operation audit. All staff with data access qualifications have signed confidentiality commitment agreements to effectively prevent unauthorized access, data tampering, information leakage and illegal misuse of user video data.
User Independent Data Management Rights
• Independent Management Authority: All qualified users have independent and complete data management rights over their uploaded video resources and operation records. Users can independently view, manage, export and delete all uploaded videos and speed-adjusted finished videos at any time.
• Authorization Control Right: Users have the right to refuse or withdraw our data processing authorization at any time, and put forward demands for data query, correction and deletion.
• Feedback & Complaint Right: If you have any doubts, suggestions or complaints about our data processing rules and service behaviors, you can submit feedback through our official support email. Our professional team will complete verification, processing and formal reply within 7 working days to fully protect your legitimate data rights and interests.
Data Sharing and External Disclosure Specifications
• Basic Privacy Protection Principle: Flakor takes user privacy protection as the core principle, and firmly prohibits the sale, rental, transaction and unauthorized external transmission of user video data and personal information. Under normal service operation scenarios, user-related data will not be disclosed, shared or provided to any third-party institutions and individuals.
• Legal Permitted Disclosure Scenarios: Limited data disclosure can only be carried out in two legally permitted situations: first, the user takes the initiative to issue clear and voluntary authorization for data sharing; second, it is necessary to disclose data in accordance with mandatory requirements of national laws, judicial rulings and official administrative orders.
• Third-Party Data Access Restriction: Third-party technical service providers that provide basic technical support for the App shall only obtain anonymous and unidentifiable operation logs after signing strict confidentiality agreements, and are prohibited from contacting and using user video resources.
Third-Party Technical Service Instructions
• Service Dependency: The basic video parsing, temporary caching and rendering functions required for video speed adjustment rely on secure and compliant third-party technical service support.
• Third-Party Independent Privacy Rules: All cooperating third-party platforms have independent privacy protection systems and service clauses, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
• Liability Explanation & User Tips: We only cooperate with legally compliant and safe third-party service providers, and do not bear legal responsibility for independent data processing behaviors of third-party platforms. Users are recommended to fully understand the privacy rules of relevant third-party services when using the App’s video processing functions.
Policy Update and Iteration Rules
• Revision Right: We reserve the right to optimize and revise the terms of this Privacy Policy in real time according to App function iteration, technical upgrade, Apple platform specification updates and national legal policy adjustments.
• Update Release Rules: After the policy is revised, the latest version will be released within the App, and the official revision date will be updated synchronously. The revised policy terms will take effect immediately after public release.
• User Confirmation Mechanism: Users’ continued use of video uploading, speed adjustment, preview export and other core functions after the policy update will be deemed as voluntary recognition and acceptance of all revised terms. If users do not agree to the updated policy content, they must immediately stop all use of Flakor’s services.
Legal Exemption Provisions
We strictly abide by legal regulations and privacy agreement terms to fully protect users’ video data security and privacy rights. Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any data loss, information leakage or service abnormality caused by force majeure, user’s improper device operation, third-party server failures, network abnormalities and other objective factors beyond our effective control.
